Here is a picture of Chadwick's current residence. It's the George W. Hill Correctional Facility, in Thornton, PA. Operated by a contractor for profit, their website says that prisoners are to be held there for a maximum of "1 day less then 5 years." Why then, has Chadwick been there for 13 years? Did he fall through a crack in the floor?
The Delaware County, Pennsylvania website say's that the prison "Received an Excellent rating from the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections." However, folks who have actually tried to visit the prison complain about the two to three hour wait just to get in and the abusive guards that aggressively pat you down before your visit.

I hate the stupid chester niggers that work at this facility. I hope that they get a real education to do real work and stop thinking that they are top knotch when in fact they are African slaves.

MY SON IS INCARCERATED AT THE JAIL AND EVERY WEEK I GO TO VISIT. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PROCESS AND VERY UNORGANIZED ON THE JAILS PART. IF VISITS ARE TO START AT 7 THEN THEY SHOULD START THE PROCESS OUT FRONT SO AS TO BE FINISHED BY 6:45 SO THAT EVERYONE HAS A CHANCE TO VISIT. THE GUARDS ARE RUDE AND TREAT THE VISITORS AS THOUGH THEY ARE SCUM. THE GUARDS NEED TO REALIZE HOW HARD THIS PROCESS IS FOR THOSE OF US WHO ARE VISITING AND THAT WE DEFINITELY DON'T NEED TO DEAL WITH THEIR IGNORANCE. MAYBE THEY NEED TO JUST CLEAN HOUSE AND HIRE ALL NEW EMPLOYEES AND START FROM SCRATCH. MY 3 YR OLD GRANDSON HAS BETTER MANNERS.
AS FOR SOME OF THE PREVIOUS INMATES WHO ARE NOW VISITING, ONE IN PARTICULAR THAT WEARS A GREY T-SHIRT, TAKE YOUR SPOT IN LINE JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE DOES.
Hate sucks and those that espouse it suck more.

i dont like the n word but on three or four previous visits the guards there most not all are definitly a-holes, all black as well. the wait is ridiculous, last time i was there i waited two hours and was told I couldnt go in b/c I had a small rip in my jeans above the knee the size of a half dollar. the black fat female guard was laughing at me and ridiculing me in front of other visitors when I asked to talk to a supervisor. they are by far extremely unprofessional and obviously on power trips..today I tried to call the facility to find out what telephone system they use that I can put money into so my son wont have to call me collect, they dont even bother to anwser the main switchboard. 5 times I tried, same result. no answer!! can you imagine?? no voicemail either. I also learned they keep 50 percent of all inmates money for calls and maybe even commissary for "administrative fees"...something reeks here. time for a clean sweep of this facility because its total bullshit.
